After more than eighteen years in the corporate footwear industry, I recently made the decision to pursue a new career that aligns with a long-standing personal passion: real estate. I learned components of the real estate business early in my professional career, working both in real estate advertising sales and then in marketing for a real estate franchise, before pivoting to the world of merchandising. While this marks a career change professionally, real estate has been an important part of my life for many years. I have personally bought, sold, invested in, renovated, and flipped properties, managed short-term rentals, overseen multiple new construction projects, and staged homes for sale. Along the way, I have gained valuable experience working closely with local code enforcement officers, planning boards, surveyors, contractors, and skilled tradespeople on my personal projects. What I love most about real estate is its ability to create opportunities, build wealth, strengthen communities, and help people achieve their goals. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, selling a family property, investing in real estate, or building something new, I am passionate about guiding them through the process with confidence and care.
