I think the words need to be said. I've been working with caleb giusto for the sale of my home on 58 milford St, Bangor, ME 04401 to Sydney. He represents her,I represent myself. In the process of communicating the terms, I told him that I wanted to be paid for the 280 gallons of oil in my tank, he asked me if I had the.Receipts and I said yes, that I did. So the purchase and sale agreement was signed, from my part I didn't catch it, from his part was unethical and did not include that in our deal. He absolutely knew my wishes and went against my will,100%When I asked him again to discuss the oil through text he ignored my questions, I had to ask him twice who the title company and who the person was handling the transaction. I contacted amanda who is handling and asked her to include the cost of oil. Today I received the email with the statement and the oil was not included. Now I know why he was blowing me off. Because he had no intention of discussing the oil or putting it in the closing statement. Since I was busy and I missed that he didn't put it in the purchase and Sale Agreement. I suggested to him that he pay half of the oil bill and I would pay half. To find disappointment, apparently, he does not have a conscience about his unethical behavior in the sale. But I i think that you should know what he thinks is okay in doing business. Do you do business this way?? Don't use this real estate company.

Where to even start!!!! (SUPER long story short) First off, 2 years ago I gave Mike and Melanie an unattainable task of selling my old home. Not only was this task completed, it was completed with unimaginable obstacles in the way. (miracle #1) Now fast forward 2 years. I came upon some financial and personal issues, and I was at the end of my rope financial with my new house, that I loved. So again I called Mike and Melanie (my saviors). I said to them what EVERY realtor dreams of hearing, "I need you to sell my house". Well, for every realtor the response to that is simple, "OK". That was not the response I got from Mike and Melanie. They responded with, "why"? So I explained the situation. They immediately put me in contact with Jason at CMG Mortgage. Selling was not the best case for my situation, refinancing was. So, as of yesterday, I alone, own the same house that I love for over $900.00 less per month that I was paying before. On my ride home from the refinance closing yesterday A LOT hit me. I was feeling on top of the world and I realized one simple word had lead me to this path. "WHY?" Elevate Maine Reality made $0.00, but they helped me out more then any dollar amount could. They threw out the business practice playbook and only used the humanity manuscript.
